Welcome to Penguin Parking. We pride ourselves on good old-fashioned customer care delivered with respect and efficiency.  

Just a couple of minutes from Southampton Cruise Terminals, we’re the closest off-site car park to all the port’s cruise terminals. 

We’ve operated cruise parking for Southampton Docks for more than 10 years. In  2019 we parked more than 10,000 cars and served over 25,000 passengers, providing a personal and friendly service to each and every customer.

Normal opening hours

• 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday
• 9am to 4pm, Saturday
• Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays (except on Ship Days)

Ship Days opening hours

We're open any day when cruise ships are in port. We open early and close as late as needed to transfer you to your cruise ship for boarding and picking you up on your return. This includes Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Simple and secure online booking

We offer an easy to use online booking system. Simply pay by debit or credit card using our secure booking form and you’ll receive a confirmation via email that gives you full directions to the car park, along with your personal booking reference number.

Penguin cruise parking at competitive prices

The cost of parking can vary both seasonally and according to demand. At Penguin Parking we constantly monitor the rates of all our competitors so we can offer you the best prices. We’re usually able to offer a competitive alternative – up to 40% lower than the main port car park prices. Great service with a competitive price equals great value!

Convenient and regular free transfers

You’ll be transferred to the cruise terminal for free (up to four people) in one of our own vehicles. The journey takes just a few minutes.

Support for disabled customers

We handle your luggage so you don’t need to. We drop you off and pick you up right outside the terminal building so there's minimal walking involved. We have ample space to transfer wheelchairs and mobility scooters but we're unable to transport passengers who need to stay in their wheelchair during transit. If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Flexible arrangements

When you park with us we can also offer free transfers for up to four people to and from Southampton train station, National Express coach station or any surrounding hotel. Airport transfers are also available at competitive rates for fly cruises.
