Q) What if I am going on a fly cruise?Click Question to see Answer

A) Customers who are flying out to meet a cruise ship, or flying back from a cruise receive complimentary transfers to and from Southampton Train Station or National Express Coach Station as well as to or from the cruise terminal. Alternatively, we can offer you a competitively priced transfer service to and from Gatwick / Heathrow airports or any surrounding hotel.

Q) Do you provide child seats?Click Question to see Answer

A) Please note that we do not provide child seats. All our vehicles are licensed and therefore seat belt laws are different to that of a normal family car. You are welcome to use your own child seat or under 3's can travel on an adult lap. Children 3 years and above can sit in an adult seat with a seat belt. Children on your lap count as another person.

Q) Luggage space?Click Question to see Answer

A) We are used to dealing with large amounts of luggage. We mainly use minibuses with 2 rows for seating, and 2 rows of seats removed for luggage, so there is plenty of room.

Q) Is there a surcharge for large vehicles, commercial vehicles or trailers?Click Question to see Answer

A) No charge will be made if your van is a small / medium sized vehicle (Ford Escort / Vauxhall Combo / Peugeot Partner etc.,). However, we will charge additional fees for oversized vehicles (5 metres or longer), trailers, campers and motorhomes. The price is £3 per day extra when pre-booked or £5 per day extra if you do not pre-book. Simply tick the option when booking on line or inform the office when booking on the phone. There are no height restrictions or extra charges for high vehicles. We kindly request no HGV's.

Q) What facilities are there for disabled passengers?Click Question to see Answer

A) Most requirements for disabled passengers are covered as part of our normal standard of service - we will handle your luggage so you don't need to - we drop you off and pick you up right outside the terminal building so there is minimal walking involved - we have ample space to transfer wheelchairs and mobility scooters. However, if you have any special requirements not mentioned above, please let us know beforehand and we shall do everything we can to accommodate your needs. We regret we cannot transport passengers who need to stay in their wheelchair during transport.

Q) We are travelling as a large group with more than one car. Can you help?Click Question to see Answer

A) Yes. We can accommodate large groups of friends / family who wish to travel together. Just ask.
