Fantastic Service
Used Penguin parking twice now, a two week cruise in May 2023, and a one week cruise in Feb 2024. Both times they were faultless, knew exactly what Terminal to take us to for our boat, took us and our luggage there, contacted us just before our return, and collected us within 10 minutes of getting our luggage on both returns. Will definitely use for future cruises from Southampton.

Superb service
I used Penguin parking service for the first time December 2023 when I went on a New year cruise from Southampton. On arrival i was met at the gate and showed where to park. It was raining heavily and a transfer bus was brought to my car for loading luggage and ourselves so we stayed dry. Staff helped load cases and then drove us to the ship. A journey of only a few minutes. We were helped to unload our luggage onto a luggage trolley, fetched by the driver. The driver told us where we needed to go which was very helpful. On return We were collected within 5 minutes and returned to our car, The car had not been moved from the secure compound. there were no issues. Overall an excellent and faultless service. Without hesitation I will book again as i am going on a cruise this coming New tear also. First rate company and service.

Excellent service
Frequent Cruisers from Southampton. Used family living in area for prevous holidays. ALLWAYS a problem. Used this company - Wow how easy and very nice to deal with. Drove to terminal dropped baggage then went to their car park. Warmly greated and shown where to park. The mini bus came to us and then drove to ship. Day before return e-mail asking our ETA. On arrival few minutes wait then drove to next to our vehicle. Helped with luggage. Used their toilets very clean. GREAT SERVICE - Thank you Penguin Parking.

Great service
Used first time for recent 12 day cruise. Drop off and collection of car was very easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Collected baggage at end of cruise and following quick phone call we were picked up and back in our car within 15 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

Cruise Parking
I parked with penguin parking recently whilst on a cruise, the service was extremely professional and I could not ask for a better service, from arriving at the parking lot to picking us up from the cruise terminal. Fabulous I would definitely recommend them for future parking.

Excellent Service
We used Penguin Parking for the first time whilst on a ten day Ventura cruise. The service was excellent with a welcome on arrival and explanation of the return process. We followed the instructions on our return today and the minibus arrived within five minutes. Pleased to say that our car was as we left it and the transfer from the port is only five minutes. Thank you to all involved at Penguin Parking (Howard was the minibus driver today), and we would certainly consider using their services again in future.

Seamless process
The easiest transfer to and from a holiday we have ever had the whole process is seemless. Online booking is simple and reasonably priced. Will definitely use next time.

Smooth, easy and a great way to start the holiday
We used Penguin when we we're going on our Cruise at the start of the summer holidays. You wouldn't have known that it was ramping up to busy season the process was smooth, easy and a great way to start the holiday. Both transfers at the start and end of the cruise we're easy to sort out and you get to avoid all the main traffic inside the port. Couldn't recommend it more.

We will definitely be using Penguin Parking again
We recently used Penguin Parking for the first time when sailing on the P&O Iona. We've always been a little bit concerned about using such services, as you do hear some horror stories about vehicles not being looked after or getting a very poor service. But, we had absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Right from the start our experience was great. We were met by very friendly staff who quickly processed us, took care of our car and transferred us and our luggage to one of their mini-buses. The parking compound was very professional, and we felt very happy with leaving our car. We were off on our way to the P&O terminal within in a matter of minutes. The roads around and into the port were very busy, so it was great that the driver knew exactly where to go. It made this part of the holiday stress free and therefore so much more relaxing. The driver dropped us off opposite where we needed to be to transfer our cases. Upon our return, and once we made our collection call, another driver was there almost immediately, and we were out of the port before we knew it. The driver again used his local knowledge to navigate the very busy roads around the port and we were back at our car, which was ready and waiting, and then on our way much quicker than we had anticipated. All the staff we met were friendly, very helpful and attentive. Both our drivers were very knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour. We will definitely be using Penguin Parking again when we next sail from Southampton.

Very Smooth Experience
We arrived slightly earlier than planned but found the staff at Penguin really helpful in guiding us to our parking space. The regular shuttle service meant that we reached our departure berth in plenty of time with all our luggage. A first class service.

Everything was faultless
We used penguin for our cruise which we disembarked today and cannot recommend enough. From answering our queries before booking, after booking and right through to picking up our car today everything was faultless. Staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Thank you so much

Well pleased
Booked parking on line from 1st July to 7th July. Booking could not have been easier. We arrived and checked in with Yvonne, lovely lady, around 11.15. Transferred to the ship straight away by pleasant driver who was giving us tips about the ship on the way. Checked in and was on the ship by 12.00 our check in time. Well pleased. We texted Penguin to give a rough time of disembarkation when we got a signal on the ship. We carried our cases off the ship ourselves and arrived at pick up point at the same time of Penguin driver, he phoned through to say we were at pick up point,then straight back to our car, we were on our way home before 8am. Would we use Penguin again? Of course we would. Thank you to all the team.

Easy online booking
Great service from Penguin Parking and will use again. Easy online booking. Easy to find and pleasant lady greeted us as a colleague helped pack our luggage onto the minibus and we were at the cruise terminal departures in 15 mins. On return after a quick call our pickup arrived within mins and helped us load our bags onto minibus and we were back dropped off just by our car very quickly. All staff very pleasant and efficient.

Fantastic, can't rate this company highly enough. Staff friendly and courteous, helped with our baggage and arrived at the cruise terminal just minutes after we called for our pick-up. Would use again without hesitation.

We have rarely received such a service
We used your service this week before and after our cruise with P&O. The website was easy to use, with information and instructions. These proved to be very good and we found our way to the facility with no problems. The staff were very organised, helpful, friendly and efficient. With no delay we were taken to the cruise terminal, in a comfortable mini bus, which took 5 minutes. On our return we were picked up immediately and taken to our car. We have rarely received such a service and will definitely be using Penguin Parking on our future cruises. Thank you.

All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and attentive
Don't normally leave reviews but this was the first time we had used Penguin Parking and we were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady and this put me at ease. All the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and attentive. When we arrived the lady took our details and within a couple of minutes we were on a mini bus to the port after the gentleman put the luggage in and took the luggage out of the mini bus the other end. Once again well done Penguin Parking will definitely use your services again.

Fantastic service from Penguin Parking
Fantastic service from Penguin Parking. Used them 3 times now but on our most recent cruise they went above and beyond Having broken down on our journey down and being 5 hours late they waited after their closing time, picked us up from the garage our vehicle was recovered to and got us to the ship just on time. The staff were exceptional. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I will not hesitate to use them again
We used Penguin Parking on our latest cruise from Southampton and I will not hesitate to use them again. The booking system was very easy to use, and full directions were given. On arrival at the depot, we were met very efficiently and shown where to park. Our cases were offloaded by Penguin staff and moved onto the waiting shuttle bus, for the short hop to the drop-off point at the Ocean terminal. Upon return to Southampton, the shuttle bus was waiting for us (we had made a quick call to the depot). Our car was ready for us and again we were assisted in moving our luggage to the car. This company is highly recommended!

Great service, highly recommended
I used Penguin Parking after making a last minute booking for a P&O cruise. The service was excellent. The directions were spot on. The lovely lady who met me and took my car keys was so kind and reassuring as I was a little stressed after my drive and unsure what to expect regarding the cruise. I followed the instructions on my return and I was on the road within minutes of leaving the ship. Great service, highly recommended.

Everything was so easy
Penguin parking were amazing. Everything was so easy, from dropping car off to collection. We had A LOT of luggage, the staff were so helpful, loaded everything on mini bus for us. Wouldn’t let my husband help. The collection after cruise was so quick, we called office to let them know we were off cruise and within 5 minutes a van was there to collect us. Will definitely be using penguin parking again.

Friendly, professional and organised
I used Penquin Parking for the very first time in February and I must say I am always apprehensive handing my keys and car over. I was really pleasantly surprised when I arrived. They were so friendly, professional and organised and my pickup on my return was so quick and smooth. I would definately use them again Thank you.
