Normal opening hours

• 9am to 5pm, Monday – Friday
• 9am to 4pm, Saturday
• Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays (open on ship days)

Ship Days

When cruise ships are in port:

• we open early to provide assistance for customers disembarking their ships
• we open and close on Sundays and Bank Holidays to suit customers embarking and disembarking their ships.
