Southampton is Europe’s leading cruise port. It has 4 state-of-the-art cruise terminals and is used by 1.7 million cruise passengers annually. The Queen Elizabeth terminal was originally opened in 1966 by The Queen. 2016 saw the completion of a £5 million refurbishment including new state-of-the-art ship-to-shore walkways and a lift to enable stair free access if required by passengers.
On arrival at QEII terminal you will see a large covered area under which the luggage drop off point is situated. Port staff are available to direct you and porters will help you with your luggage. Disabled and standard toilets are available along with a vending machine for snacks. In the departure lounge Ceanos café and licensed bar provides hot, cold and alcoholic drinks along with a selection of snacks. Free magazines are provided for your enjoyment until it is time to board your cruise ship. Please be advised that there is no ATM or WiFi at the terminal.
